A few facts to help you decide where to purchase your new computer system:

• We build all of our systems at Smithfield and Edmonton. This enables us to totally back-up our product with quick turnaround in the unlikely event of problems during the warranty period
• The majority of our systems come with a 1 year return to base warranty.
• We build the system to meet your needs not make you meet the needs of the system.
• Our systems use standard components enabling repairs, upgrading etc to be carried out at any "computer shop" in the world (unlike most brand name computers).
• We offer superb back up service - Having a problem at home or the office?, just give us a phone call and we will assist in any way that we can.
• We do not push you to buy extras which often you do not need. If you require a particular product we will endeavour to purchase it for you.
• We do not sell bundles. We listen to what you require and then suggest printers, scanners, software etc to suit your needs.
• We try to sell products that do not have to be sent out of cairns for repairs.
• We only sell products that we are satisfied offer value for money and good backup service.
